As a Sliding Head Machine Operator Setter cum Programmer with expertise in Fanuc Controls, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of Citizen K16 & A12 auto turning machines. Your responsibilities include setting up machines with precision tools, fixtures, and programs to ensure optimal performance. Loading raw materials and adjusting machine settings will be essential tasks to guarantee efficient operations. Monitoring machine operations closely to maintain precision and efficiency is a key aspect of your role. Your in-depth knowledge and experience in Fanuc Controls and Feeder XT 320S will be instrumental in achieving operational excellence. Performing in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and CMMs is crucial to ensure parts meet dimensional tolerances and surface finish requirements. Documenting inspection results and reporting any deviations will be part of your routine. Moreover, you will be involved in maintenance and troubleshooting activities, including conducting routine maintenance, diagnosing machine malfunctions, and coordinating with maintenance teams for major repairs. Optimizing cycle times while upholding quality standards, minimizing scrap and rework, and adhering to production schedules to meet daily output targets will be your primary objectives.
