Job Description – Sales & Operations Coordinator (Wood Panel Industry) We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Sales & Operations Coordinator to support our growing operations in the Wood Panel Industry . The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between customers and international suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient execution of orders and logistics. Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between domestic customers and overseas wood panel suppliers. Track customer orders from placement to delivery, including billing and payment follow-ups. Maintain office documentation related to quotations, orders, shipments, and client correspondence. Conduct online market research to identify trends, potential customers, and new enquiries. Prepare and support product presentations, marketing material, and technical documentation. Coordinate with suppliers to develop procurement and production planning based on customer requirements. Align logistics and delivery timelines in coordination with customers and shipping agents. Assist in handling customer requests for samples, technical data sheets, certifications, etc. Ensure professional communication via telephone and email, providing reliable back-office support. Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with experience in the building materials or wood panel industry. (MBA is preferred) Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, email correspondence, and internet-based research.
