Requirements Prior experience in front desk / reception / client servicing preferred. Strong communication skills (English & Hindi). Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel (mandatory). Friendly, approachable personality with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to handle multi-tasking in a busy studio environment. Comfortable with phone calls & WhatsApp follow-ups .
