Job Title: Factory Worker – Food Production Location: Delhi NCR Company: Protein Pantry (Healthy, High-Protein Foods) About the Role We are looking for a sincere, hard-working Factory Worker to join our food production team. You will be involved in making, baking and processing high-quality, healthy food products in a clean, hygienic and well-maintained manufacturing facility. We understand real-life needs – we are flexible with advance salary payments if required, based on performance and mutual trust. Key Responsibilities (KRA) Food Preparation & Processing Assist in making, baking and processing food products as per recipes and SOPs Maintain consistency, portion sizes and product quality Follow all hygiene and safety guidelines while handling food Cleaning & Maintenance Daily cleaning of work area, equipment, trays, utensils and machines Help in basic upkeep of the production area so everything stays neat and organised Support with regular checks to keep the facility safe and hygienic Discipline & Attendance Maintain regular attendance, 6 days a week Follow shift timings and inform in advance in case of leave Quality & Ownership Take pride in making high-quality, healthy food products Work sincerely, follow instructions and support the team whenever required Report any issues in machines, raw materials or hygiene immediately Requirements Previous experience in food production / bakery / factory work preferred, but not mandatory Willingness to learn and follow processes carefully Physically fit and comfortable with standing work and basic lifting Punctual, honest, and serious about maintaining cleanliness and hygiene Passionate about working in healthy food / food manufacturing Working Days & Timings 6 days a week (Sunday off or as decided by company) Shift timings: e.g., 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Salary & BenefitsSalary: As per experience and skill Advance payments possible in genuine cases, based on trust and performance Clean, safe and respectful work environment Training and guidance provided If you or someone you know is interested, please contact us at: Phone/WhatsApp: 7745058822 Location: Delhi Note: This role is ideal for someone who genuinely wants stable work, respects cleanliness, and enjoys being part of a team making healthy, high-quality food.
