The Bilingual HR Business Partner will play a key role in driving people strategies across multiple locations, supporting leaders and employees in achieving organizational and individual success. This role requires strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills to connect effectively with a diverse workforce. The HRBP will travel regularly throughout the Midwest to be a visible, trusted resource. Responsibilities Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent development, engagement, and organizational design initiatives. Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, internal investigations, and conflict resolution with discretion and care. Support onboarding, development, succession planning, and leadership coaching. Leverage HR systems and people analytics to inform decisions and measure impact. Drive improvement in retention, productivity, and employee engagement. Champion talent management and change management initiatives. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure consistency and alignment across the HR functions and respective client groups. Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a strategic HRBP role preferred. Fluent in Spanish and English (required). Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and experience supporting geographically distributed teams. Proven ability to influence leaders, coach managers, and drive organizational effectiveness. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Experience in production or manufacturing environment is preferred. Ability to travel within the Midwest 25% of the time.
