Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Production Manager located in Erode. The Assistant Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations related to the production of precast and concrete products. This includes managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, coordinating with the logistics department, supervising production staff, and maintaining safety standards. Qualifications Knowledge of production management and processes Experience in quality control and ensuring compliance with standards Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills Ability to supervise and coordinate team members effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field Prior experience in the precast or concrete industry is a plus
