Job Description: As an Air Freight Manager at our company in New Delhi, you will be responsible for overseeing daily air freight operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing imports and exports efficiently to ensure smooth operations. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements to maintain legal standards. - Coordinating with customers and providing excellent customer service. - Managing freight bookings and ensuring timely delivery of shipments. - Cost management and vendor relations to optimize operational efficiency. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Proficiency in managing Import and Export processes. - Strong knowledge and experience with Freight operations, especially Air Freight. - Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships. - Experience with Ocean freight is beneficial but not mandatory. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. - Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. - A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is advantageous.
