We are looking for a Telecalling Sales and Service Executive to join our CCTV sales team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, achieving monthly sales targets, and maintaining shop operations. Key Responsibilities: Make telecalling sales calls to promote and sell CCTV cameras and related products. Generate and follow up on leads to achieve monthly sales goals. Maintain shop display, stock, and cleanliness. Handle billing, quotations, and basic service follow-ups. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve 30 confirmed orders to become eligible for additional incentives. Requirements: Good communication skills (Kannada, English, or Tamil preferred). Basic knowledge of CCTV products or willingness to learn. Ability to manage sales and service tasks independently. Prior experience in electronics or security systems sales is an added advantage.
