Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, including executive administrative assistance and clerical tasks. Daily tasks include managing phone calls, maintaining communication, supporting executives, and handling various clerical duties efficiently and professionally. Qualifications Skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills Phone Etiquette and Communication skills Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software Ability to work independently and remotely Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is advantageous
