Requirements - Basic understanding of English for reading and replying to messages. - Basic computer and typing skills (typing speed should be sufficient for chat handling). - Knowledge of using WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook for business. - Ability to use Google Sheets or Excel for basic record-keeping. - Should be organized and willing to learn.
