As a Senior Make-Up Artist based in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional makeup services to our esteemed clients. Your role will involve providing professional makeup applications tailored to individual client needs, offering expert advice on skincare, cosmetics, and personalized makeup routines, and staying updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in your workstations and tools, while also possessing the ability to upsell makeup products and services where appropriate. Additionally, you may be required to train and mentor junior artists to ensure the maintenance of service quality and customer satisfaction across the board. To qualify for this position, you must hold a certification as a professional makeup artist and have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the field, preferably in luxury retail or salons. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a well-groomed and presentable appearance. Your expertise should cover a wide range of makeup styles, including bridal, editorial, party, and everyday looks, and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of skin tones, face shapes, and application techniques. Candidates with a background of working with or training under premium beauty brands such as Sephora, Nykaa, Chanel, MAC, Bobbi Brown, among others will be given preference.
