Role & responsibilities Provide personalized counselling to students regarding academic courses, institutions, entrance exams, and career options Guide students through the admission process, application forms, documentation, and deadlines Understand student needs, preferences, and background to recommend suitable options Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents Stay updated on education trends, admission processes, and changes in curriculum and eligibility Coordinate with colleges, universities, and training providers Conduct seminars, webinars, and counselling sessions Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and follow-ups using CRM software Meet weekly/monthly targets for student engagement and admissions Preferred candidate profile Excellent verbal and written communication skills Empathy, patience, and active listening skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of educational institutions and courses (domestic/international) Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Bachelors degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or related fields preferred) Let me know if you want this custo
