Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relations Specialist located in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and effectively communicating with clients. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, facilitating onboarding processes, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions, field based B2B role where you'll work directly with the college decision makers - building partner-ship with HOD's and Dean's, and helping us organize impactful student work-shops. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Client Relations skills Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and provide effective Customer Support Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment Experience in the tech industry is a plus
