Research & Analysis: Conduct data-driven research and analysis of global VET initiatives, programs, and models. Identify and document best practices to inform and strengthen IGCC s offerings. Key Account Management: Manage relationships with existing VET clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and exploring opportunities for value addition and growth. Program Coordination: Collaborate with subject matter experts for the development of training curricula and the organization of capacity-building programs. Training Delivery & QA: Oversee the end-to-end execution of training programs, including delivery, monitoring, examination, documentation, and quality assurance. Education: Master s degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, or a related field, with proven experience in livelihoods and agriculture-based programs Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in livelihood program management within NGOs, INGOs, or development agencies. Skills: Proficient in project planning and execution. Strong knowledge of both farm and non-farm livelihood activities, agriculture systems, nature-based solutions, and climate-friendly practices. Able to write concept notes and full project proposals, work with donors, and follow donor rules and reporting requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with donor reporting requirements and compliance standards. Roles and Responsibilities: Program Strategy, Development & Implementation Lead the design and development of Livelihood programs, ensuring they align with ADRA India s strategic goals. Identify and pursue funding opportunities by developing concept notes and full proposals in collaboration with the project/ programs team. Design and execute livelihood initiatives focusing on skill development, entrepreneurship, and employment generation. Support ADRA India s ongoing project for backstopping and ensure that the project activities are undertaken as per project deliverable and approved budget. Ability to understand the Livelihood framework, and contribute towards both farm based and non-farm livelihood initiatives Coordinate with donors and update on the project status and continuity of the project. Develop and contribute to the climate-sensitive and climate-resilient livelihood projects. Ensure climate considerations are thoroughly integrated across all livelihood initiatives implemented by ADRA India. Build projects on One-health approach on agriculture and livestock based livelihoods. Provide support to the organization in undertaking additional roles and responsibilities as assigned. Assist in emergency response programs as needed, with a willingness to be deployed to field locations. Monitoring & Evaluation Establish robust M&E frameworks to track program outcomes and impact and work closely with M&E team. Prepare periodic reports for internal review and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly and annual reports, and regular review with team. Work closely with finance team to understand the burn rate of the project and alignment of the budget. Collaborate closely with the finance team to monitor the project s burn rate and ensure alignment with the allocated budget, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track Utilize data insights to refine program strategies and interventions. Stakeholder Engagement Forge partnerships with government bodies, NGOs, and private sector entities to enhance program reach and effectiveness. Represent the organization in relevant forums, workshops, and conferences. Advocate for policy changes that support sustainable livelihoods for the target communities. Recruit, train, and manage a team of field managers and support staff. Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
