As a Student Counsellor at our company based in Erode, you will play a vital role in providing guidance and support to students. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting one-on-one counseling and group sessions to assist students with career planning, academic pathways, and personal development. - Collaborating with parents and educational institutions to ensure students receive tailored support and appropriate resources. To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to effectively guide students in their academic and career paths. - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address student inquiries and foster a supportive environment. - Experience or familiarity with the Education domain to better understand student needs and institutional processes. - Empathy, patience, and an ability to build trust and rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds. - Experience in a similar student-focused or counseling role is advantageous. In addition to the qualifications mentioned above, you should have: - A Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration. - 3 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, or educational administration. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
