As a Technical Trainer, your primary responsibility will be to impart technical knowledge, skills, and best application practices through onsite training and sampling. You will guide the applicator team on the correct usage and provide suggestions on product application. Additionally, you will assist customers by conducting site visits, attending meetings, and handling complaints at the site level. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct onsite training sessions to demonstrate the proper usage of products and showcase their performance through hands-on demos. - Visit two to three sites daily to ensure effective training and support. - Travel within the city or outstation as required to meet client needs. - Professionally convince clients of the benefits of our products and services. - Ethically handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions. Requirements: - Proven experience in conducting technical training sessions and product demonstrations. - Willingness to travel frequently and work at multiple sites in a day. - Strong persuasive skills to professionally engage with clients and promote product benefits. - Ethical approach towards handling customer complaints and providing satisfactory resolutions.
