SKI Hotels & Resorts, Rishikesh is looking for a proactive and highly organized Guest Relations & Sales Coordinator. This multi-faceted role is critical to our success, serving as the primary communication link between our hotel, our guests, and our travel partners. You will be responsible for driving reservations, ensuring excellent guest service, and executing local marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Guest & Reservations Management: Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming hotel phone calls, handling inquiries, providing detailed information about the property, and processing direct reservations accurately and efficiently. Manage the hotel's reservations system (PMS), ensuring all bookings from various channels (online, direct, agents) are logged correctly. Follow up on all reservation leads promptly to maximize booking conversion rates. Travel Agent & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong working relationships with key travel agents, tour operators, and corporate partners. Act as the primary contact for travel agent inquiries, managing their bookings, and ensuring a seamless experience. Communicate special offers and promotional packages to the trade partners to drive sales. Guest Communications & Service: Handle general guest inquiries, special requests, and minor concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude to ensure exceptional pre-arrival and post-stay experiences. Manage and respond to communications (emails, phone, and potentially some social media DMs) promptly. Marketing & Business Development: Assist the management team in executing local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns (e.g., creating package flyers, email blasts). Monitor competitor activity and suggest new strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. Qualifications & Skills Exceptional telephone etiquette and verbal communication skills; fluent in English and Hindi. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing booking data. Proficiency with hotel management systems (PMS) and standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook). A friendly, professional, and confident demeanor, with a natural ability to build rapport with guests and partners. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle high-volume calls effectively. A basic understanding of sales principles and how to close a reservation.
