Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Field Officer. The Field Officer will be responsible for conducting field visits, engaging with the community, collecting data, and implementing various programs designed to support disadvantaged groups. Additional tasks include coordinating with local stakeholders, organizing events, and reporting on field activities. Qualifications Community Engagement, Stakeholder Coordination, Event Organization skills Experience in Data Collection and Reporting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in local language(s) and English Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, or related field Experience in the non-profit or social sector is a plus
