Job description: Position: Field Sales Engineer. Experience: Minimum 3 to 7 year in the any engineering industry/heavy Machinery/industrial equipment/ Hydraulics. Material handling industry will preferred. Education: Engineering degree preferred. Responsibilities:- Identify and target potential new customers in the manufacturing industry and related sectors. Make regular visits for attaining business prospective. Understand the needs of prospective customers and offer tailored solutions. Present and demonstrate our products to potential clients, highlighting their value and benefits. Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and presentations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, and decision-makers. Provide technical support and product demonstrations to potential customers. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth. Negotiate terms and close sales deals while adhering to company guidelines and customer expectations. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions. Preferred candidate profile:- Minimum 2 Years of Experience in the role of Field Sales Engineer for Industrial Tools and machine Into active field sales Good at new customer acquisition Actively involved in order closure and Payment collection process Passionate about Sales Target Achievement Requirements:- Minimum 2 year in the any engineering industry/heavy Machinery/industrial equipment/ Hydraulics. Material handling industry will preferred. or any allied industry with OEM. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred. Flexible to travel and conduct on-site client visits on regular basis. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven individual. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 02/11/2025
