About the job: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Executive to join our HR team. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the growing needs of our organization. Key responsibilities: 1. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. 2. Source candidates through various channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, job fairs, referrals, etc.). 3. Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring teams. 4. Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. 5. Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics. 6. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. 7. Collaborate with the HR team for onboarding and documentation of selected candidates. 8. Stay up to date with industry hiring trends and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. A results-oriented mindset with attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
