Role Overview: As a Telecaller (Pet Care Advisor) , you’ll be the voice of AnimalsLover, guiding potential pet parents through adoption inquiries, explaining our health guarantee, and promoting our ecosystem of services. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound calls for pet adoption queries, vet services, and subscription plans. Educate customers about our AI health monitoring, 1-year guidance program , and pet insurance. Follow up with leads via calls/WhatsApp to convert inquiries into adoptions . Maintain CRM records of customer interactions and feedback. Upsell pet care subscriptions, grooming packages, and premium products . Skills & Qualifications: Excellent Hindi/English communication (Regional language a plus) Basic tech savviness (CRM tools, WhatsApp Business) Pet lover who understands breed traits/care basics Persuasive yet empathetic conversational style Ability to work in 6-day shifts (including weekends) Perks: Incentives for every successful adoption + upsells Free access to our Pet Parent Academy courses Play with office pets (we’re dog/cat-friendly!)
