This happened to my friend where he bought flat in skandanshi and in the initial days they promised lot of amenities in their layout but finally they converted the promised amenities area to plots.. so literally they have cheated.. I just want others to know, so they will not fall for this trap.

At skandhanshi, we bought mortgage plot, though it took time to register the plot site, we had registration completed recently. Overall experience with this organization is good.
