Bad experience investing in Skanda project Business park. Stay away from their projects in Kurnool. Not reliable people especially the management. They promise a lot before purchase but will not fulfill after purchase is completed.

Skandhanshi executive mentioned to us during our initial talk that she works more in service than sales .She consistently demonstrated this through her in depth familiarity with residential plots and the Kurnool real estate market.
