Job Title: Field Executive Intern Home Textile Brand Department: Sales & Operations / Vendor Management Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Manager 2 months internship period. Can convert to full time job. Job Overview We are looking for an energetic and proactive Field Executive Intern to join our growing home textile brand. The role involves on-ground sales support, retailer and distributor management, field marketing activities, and ensuring proper brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have experience in textiles or FMCG field operations, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for driving market growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Market Development & Sales Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote and sell home textile products (bedsheets, curtains, towels, etc.). Expand distribution channels and onboard new retailers/distributors. Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely order booking and delivery follow-ups. 2. Field Operations Conduct regular market visits to monitor product placement, display standards, and brand visibility. Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and promotions. Support in executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and trade shows. 3. Reporting & Documentation Submit daily field activity reports, sales data, and competitor analysis. Maintain accurate dealer record for tracking performance. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Technology , or related field. Interested in field sales experience in home textiles / FMCG / consumer goods . Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive attitude. Knowledge of home textile products and retail distribution channels, preferrable. Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork. Basic knowledge of MS Office Key Competencies Self-motivated and target-driven. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Ability to adapt to different markets and handle field challenges. Team player with excellent problem-solving skills. Compensation: 10000-18000 Benefits: Sales incentive.
