Urgent Hiring !!! The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing and procuring goods, materials, and services at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards. The role includes supplier relationship management, cost negotiation, inventory monitoring, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors. Raise purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of required materials. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance. Track inventory levels and coordinate with stores and production for stock requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations. Handle purchase returns and resolve quality or delivery issues with vendors. Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply chains. Assist in budgeting and cost-saving initiatives related to procurement.
