As a Security Systems Specialist at Group Legal, Compliance & Secretariat, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various security systems to safeguard company assets, data, and personnel. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall security posture of the organization by working with a range of technologies and responding to security incidents promptly. Your key responsibilities will include leading the project lifecycle of electronic security systems, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure. You will be tasked with developing comprehensive project plans, managing budgets effectively, and coordinating with stakeholders such as OEMs, system integrators, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones. Additionally, you will review system designs, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of security systems like CCTV, Access Control, and IAS. Monitoring project performance, tracking progress, conducting project review meetings, and sharing project updates with internal teams on a monthly basis will also be part of your role. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and client specifications, while managing change requests, resolving project-related issues, and maintaining an inventory of in-stock security system devices. You will coordinate with the network team for whitelisting IP-based security devices and investigate CCTV footage for lost or missing bank assets when necessary. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, along with 2-5 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems. This full-time position is based in Maharashtra, Mumbai, and you will be expected to uphold the values of trust and integrity while safeguarding the interests of the bank through your diligent work as a Security Systems Specialist in the Compliance department.,
