We are hiring Remote Customer Support Executives for an international voice process. The role requires excellent spoken English with a clear US accent and the ability to work independently from home while aligning with US business hours (night shift). Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism. Communicate clearly with customers in a US accent. Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer queries. Ensure call quality standards are consistently met. Adhere to shift schedules and reporting protocols. Requirements: Strong English communication skills with US accent (mandatory). Laptop/Desktop with reliable internet connection and headset. Quiet work environment at home. Comfortable working night shifts as per US time zones. Prior BPO/International Call Center experience preferred, but not mandatory. Freshers with excellent English-speaking ability are welcome. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: ₹10,000 per month (higher than industry entry standard). Work from home – no relocation required. Exposure to international processes.
