Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate on-site daily work activities
· Ensure quality execution of waterproofing or civil work as per specifications
· Monitor labor attendance, site materials, and tool usage
· Maintain daily progress reports and submit updates to the operations team
· Ensure safety standards and site cleanliness are followed
· Communicate and resolve issues with contractors, vendors, and office staff
· Verify and document work completion with site photos and client signatures
· Assist in planning manpower and resource requirements
Skills Required:
· Team handling and leadership
· Knowledge of site execution and basic civil drawings
· Strong communication and reporting skills
· Familiar with daily reporting (manual or digital)
· Problem-solving and on-site decision-making
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
