Site Supervisor – Waterproofing

Role Summary
The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site activities for waterproofing and epoxy projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.

KRA: Task / Activities

• Supervise site execution of waterproofing & epoxy works.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain site material records and daily progress reports.
• Communicate updates to management and clients.

KPI: Performance Metrics

• On-time project completion.
• Quality compliance as per standards.
• Effective site coordination and minimal rework.
• Client satisfaction and timely reporting.

Skills & Attitude

Required Skills

• Good English communication (written & spoken).
• Proficiency in basic computer & email handling.
• Site supervision & coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Tamil or Telugu communication skills (advantage).
• Knowledge of waterproofing and epoxy techniques.

Experience & Eligibility

• Experience Range: 1–2 years in site supervision (civil).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
