Job position- Site supervisor Years of experience- 1 to 3 years Location- Chennai Job summary The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. This role demands close collaboration with the project team and contractors to maintain efficient site operations. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination : Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless workflow and communication on site. Quality Assurance : Monitor construction processes to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards. Progress Tracking : Track the progress of construction activities and prepare reports on project milestones and timelines. Resource Management : Supervise on-site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure optimal utilization. Safety Compliance : Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Software Proficiency : Auto-CAD, MS-Office Key Requirements Experience : 1-3 years of experience in a site supervisory role within the construction industry, preferably in metro or airport sectors. Education : Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. A relevant degree is an added advantage.
