Job Description: Site Supervisor
Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.Experience: 3-4years of relevant experience in site supervision.Preferred Location: Kochi.

Requirements:
● Mustownatwo-wheeler.● Willingness to multitask and manage 2-3 sites simultaneously if required.● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
● Supervise and oversee construction activities at the site to ensure timely and efficient execution.● Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other stakeholders to maintain project progress and quality standards.● Monitor material usage, inventory, and ensure proper allocation of resources.● Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. ● Report daily progress and site updates to project managers and senior staff.● Identify and address potential issues or delays proactively.● Maintain accurate documentation, including site reports, labor attendance, and material records.● Ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets.

Salary:
