Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate and communicate between design teams, vendors, subcontractors, and workers for seamless execution.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and maintain quality control of workmanship and materials.
Review project drawings, interpret design specifications, and guarantee execution matches design intent.
Monitor inventory, forecast material requirements, and ensure timely delivery to avoid delays.careers.
Conduct regular site inspections, identify and resolve execution challenges, and keep detailed progress records.indeed+2
Interact with clients during site visits to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain necessary documentation and reports related to site activities and progress.

Project management and strong organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and team leadership.
Blueprint and specification interpretation.
Problem-solving and time management.
Familiarity with related software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
