Site Supervisor

1. Site Management and Supervision

• Oversee daily on-site activities to ensure smooth progress of work.
• Supervise workers, subcontractors, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Monitor the use of materials and ensure there is no wastage or misuse.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors for timely material delivery.

2. Quality Control

• Ensure all construction work meets the required specifications, standards, and safety norms.
• Conduct regular inspections of work done by contractors and laborers.
• Report defects or quality issues immediately and ensure corrective actions are taken.

3. Safety and Compliance

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure workers are following safety guidelines.
• Conduct toolbox talks or daily safety briefings.
• Maintain accident records and report incidents promptly to management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company safety regulations.

4. Planning and Coordination

• Assist project engineers and managers in scheduling and sequencing of works.
• Communicate daily progress, challenges, and manpower details to the project manager.
• Coordinate with vendors for supply of construction materials and tools.
• Support the project team in achieving milestones as per project plan.

5. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain daily site reports — progress, manpower, material usage, and equipment log.
• Record attendance of workers and maintain site records.
• Report delays, shortages, and deviations to the project manager immediately.
• Assist in preparing weekly/monthly progress reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
