SITE SUPERVISOR

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to manage on-site activities for our major plumbing contracts. The ideal candidate will oversee daily work schedules, material management, team coordination, and ensure timely and quality execution of plumbing tasks as per project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Work Scheduling:

Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks for plumbing teams and subcontractors to ensure timely progress.

Material Arrangement:

Coordinate with the procurement team for the timely delivery and availability of plumbing materials, tools, and equipment at site.

Team Supervision:

Supervise plumbers, helpers, and site assistants, ensuring compliance with safety standards and work quality.

Measurements & Reporting:

Take accurate site measurements, maintain daily progress reports, and assist in preparing work completion records.

Site Coordination:

Liaise with other contractors, consultants, and engineers on site to ensure seamless execution of plumbing works.

Quality & Compliance:

Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and industry standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)
