Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor site progress and report to the Project Manager on a regular basis. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and design teams for smooth workflow. Verify measurements and assist in preparing site progress reports and bills. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards at the site. Handle material receipt, storage, and usage tracking. Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
