Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in overseeing residential interior projects.
• Proficient in site coordination, contractor management, and comprehensive material knowledge.
• Familiarity with carpentry works is considered a valuable asset.
• Capable of efficiently managing multiple interior projects, ensuring they meet established timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborative mindset, coordinating closely with interior designers to facilitate on-site design execution with a keen focus on quality control.
• Proficiency in project billing and the ability to accurately measure sites and prepare bills.
• Competence in reading and interpreting architectural drawings.

Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in the field of interior projects.
