Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Civil Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in handling government construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site supervision, labour handling, quality monitoring, and compliance with government standards and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor civil construction activities at the site as per government norms
• Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and site teams for smooth workflow
• Maintain quality control and ensure work progress is on schedule
• Handle daily work reports, material logs, and labor deployment sheets
• Ensure site safety, material usage tracking, and minimal wastage
• Liaison with government officials, engineers, and project managers as required
• Support site audits, inspections, and billing documentation

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma / Graduate in Civil Engineering or relevant field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in civil construction, specifically in government project execution
• Good knowledge of construction processes, government project paperwork, and site safety norms
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read civil drawings and manage field documentation
• Willing to work at project/construction sites across Ahmedabad

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
