We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supervising workers and subcontractors, and making sure the project progresses according to plans and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site.
Monitor construction schedules and progress,
Maintain accurate records of daily site activities and manpower.
Resolve site issues and conflicts efficiently.
Conduct regular site meetings with team members and subcontractors.
