Job Description: As a construction supervisor, your role will involve managing construction personnel and delegating tasks to ensure deadlines are met. You will be responsible for performing regular inspections of the construction site, identifying potential safety hazards, and managing them accordingly. Ensuring that all personnel comply with health and safety practices, such as wearing appropriate protective equipment, will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be organizing work schedules, checking that work techniques are correct and safe, and managing orders and deliveries of building materials. Collaborating with project managers to plan work activities, completing site reports and other records, and attending site management meetings will also be part of your duties.
