Site Supervisor

Role Overview

As an Interior Site Supervisor, you will be the on-site leader for our residential projects (apartments and villas) across Chennai. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising day-to-day work, coordinating skilled laborers, and proactively managing material flow to prevent any project delays. You will be the key link between the site teams and the project manager, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted progress.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and manage the daily on-site work for residential interior projects.

· Monitor ongoing work to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with the design specifications.

· Coordinate with all on-site specialists, including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and painters.

· Check daily material availability on-site and prepare material requirement lists in advance to ensure a steady supply.

· Track material usage to minimize wastage and maintain cost efficiency.

· Enforce site discipline, cleanliness, and all necessary safety protocols.

· Prepare and share daily progress reports with the project manager.

· Promptly resolve any on-site challenges to ensure work continuity.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

· 0-2 years of site supervision experience in residential interior projects.

· Education: ITI, Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

· Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of modular works (such as kitchens and wardrobes etc...), hardwares (like hinges, channels, and handles), false ceilings, electricals, painting, and finishing.

· Material Management: Must be capable of tracking and managing material movement at the site.

· Drawing Interpretation: Ability to read and understand basic layout drawings.

· Soft Skills: Good communication, problem-solving, client handling and team-handling skills.

· Mobility: Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is a must for travel to various project locations across Chennai.

Location - Santhosapuram, Medavakkam, Chennai

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
