Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries of materials and equipment.
Record all incoming and outgoing stock with proper documentation (e.g., delivery notes, requisitions).
Maintain the store area in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
Issue materials and tools to site staff based on approved requests.
Conduct regular inventory checks and prepare stock reports.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and protection of materials.
Track equipment and tool usage, including condition and maintenance needs.
Comply with safety and security procedures for handling and storing materials.
Previous experience in site or warehouse storekeeping (preferred).
Familiarity with construction/site materials and tools.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Inventory Software).
Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for material handling (preferred).
Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software (preferred).
