Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Location- Bangalore Exp-16 to 19 yrs Notice period-0 to 15 days Note-5 Days working Mandatory (No Work From Home) Job description- Provides execution oversight and leadership to the Application Reliability teams located at ENGINE Member of the global Application Reliability Leadership Team and partners to deliver prioritized business objectives Ensures delivery execution is effective efficient and aligned with the overall direction of the global Application Reliability. Mandatory Skills : Benefits Management, Project Financial Management, Project Governance, Project Planning and Scheduling, Quality Management, Resource Management, Risk/Crisis Management, Schedule Management, Scope & Change Management, Stakeholder Management Minimum 10-15 years experience in managing development and operations based IT teams including business planning vendor management resource planning talent management and support of software solutions Experience digitally enabling oil and gas business workflows Broad technical IT experience related to solution performance reliability cybersecurity IT compliance outsourcing modernization and agile delivery methodologies Experience hiring and managing team supervisors Strong communication skills Ability to be well-organized clear and concise in conversations and written communications Self driven can work with minimal supervision Ability to prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment Team player who exhibits effective interpersonal skills with a collaborative style English language Advanced Preferred qualification Experience leading teams to improve application reliability Site Reliability experience and knowledge
