Job Description

Role Overview: You will be leading the site team and responsible for the complete site execution of Renovation & Modernization for Controls & Instrumentation projects. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work on R&M of instrumentation & controls projects with leading power plant owners or EPC Contractors in India. As a site manager, you will be accountable for complete site execution including contractor management, customer management, EHS, and internal stakeholder management like commercial, engineering, etc. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the site team and oversee the complete site execution of Renovation & Modernization for Controls & Instrumentation projects. - Work on R&M of instrumentation & controls projects with leading power plant owners or EPC Contractors in India. - Manage contractors, customers, EHS, and internal stakeholders like commercial, engineering, etc. - Ensure compliance with legal & HR requirements at the site. - Apply safety concepts for different work packages at the site. - Handle subcontractors with daily coordination and planning. - Understand Installation Concepts / Hookups of Field Instrumentation including transmitters, control valves, flow measurements, etc. - Familiar with Installation techniques for cabinet installation and dismantling. - Proficient in P&ID Diagrams and hookup diagrams. - Knowledge of DCS would be an added advantage. - Willingness to travel to the site and stay for longer durations if required. Qualifications Required: - 10 to 15 years of experience in site execution of R&M Instrumentation & controls projects including 2 to 3 years as a site manager. - Well-versed with Installation Concepts / Hookups of Field Instrumentation. - Proficient in Installation techniques for cabinet installation and dismantling. - Good understanding of P&ID Diagrams and hookup diagrams. - Experience in handling subcontractors with daily coordination and planning. - Knowledge of safety concepts to be applied at the site for different work packages. - Familiar with legal & HR Compliances to be followed at the site. - Willingness to travel to the site and stay for longer durations if required.
