Role & responsibilities

Job Title:

Job Summary:

Site Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure timely execution of work as per project plan.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
Ensure compliance with safety norms and company policies on-site.
Maintain quality control procedures and monitor work progress.
Resolve technical issues, site-related conflicts, and manage manpower allocation effectively.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and submit them to Project Manager/HO.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and standards.
Handle client interactions and support in technical discussions or updates.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong technical knowledge in construction/installation/project execution depending on the domain.
Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or project management tools (as applicable).
Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Background:

Experience in
industrial projects
, such as
manufacturing plants, utility installations, electrical/panel setup, civil construction
, etc.
Knowledge of project lifecycle and resource planning.
