Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervise and manage door installation teams at project sites.
Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate daily site activities, including material deliveries and labor scheduling.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.
Troubleshoot on-site challenges and provide timely solutions.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of work progress, labor, and materials used.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Train and mentor installation crews as needed.
Provide regular progress reports to the Project Manager.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in door installation or related construction projects.
Strong knowledge of door installation techniques, hardware, and materials.
Familiarity with safety regulations and construction site protocols.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Degree/Diploma in civil
