Site Engineer

In this role as a Site Engineer at Shakti Construction, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the installation process of electrical components, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with civil engineers. You will be located in Namakkal and will play a crucial role in supervising on-site operations, maintaining communication with project teams, and ensuring that structural engineering standards are met consistently. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the installation process of high-tension (HT) cables, low-tension (LT) cables, and HT panels - Ensure quality control measures are implemented throughout the installation process - Coordinate effectively with civil engineers to streamline operations - Supervise on-site activities to ensure smooth progress of the project - Maintain regular communication with project teams to address any issues promptly - Verify that all structural engineering standards are met and adhered to Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in on-site project management, particularly in the installation of electrical components - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders - Proficiency in implementing and monitoring quality control processes - Knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices to ensure adherence to standards - Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience demonstrating a strong understanding of the field - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve project goals - Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices to ensure a secure working environment,
