Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Technical Supervision: Providing technical guidance and support to construction teams. Project Planning: Developing and implementing site plans, layouts, and work schedules. Quality Control: Ensuring that materials and workmanship meet project specifications. Resource Management: Overseeing the allocation and utilization of materials, equipment, and personnel. Safety Management: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of project progress, reports, and documentation. Collaboration: Working with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Essential Skills : Technical proficiency in civil engineering or related fields. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of construction practices and safety regulations. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools. Typical Duties: Site Surveying: Setting out and leveling the site, and ensuring accurate measurements. Plan Interpretation: Analyzing and interpreting engineering plans, drawings, and specifications. Material Management: Coordinating with suppliers, ordering materials, and ensuring timely delivery. Progress Monitoring: Tracking project progress, identifying potential delays, and recommending corrective actions. Reporting: Preparing and presenting regular progress reports to management and clients. Problem-solving: Addressing technical issues and finding solutions. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and building codes. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field. Relevant experience in construction project management. Knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and relevant software.
