Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time Site Engineer at a location in Bengaluru. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily site operations, ensuring that projects adhere to quality standards and are completed within the set timelines. This role will involve supervising site employees, managing structural engineering tasks, conducting quality control checks, and collaborating with other civil engineers. Effective communication with team members and stakeholders will be essential for successful project completion. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise site employees and ensure smooth site operations - Manage structural engineering tasks to meet quality standards - Perform quality control checks to maintain project integrity - Collaborate with other civil engineers for project success - Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders Qualifications Required: - More than 2 years of experience in the furniture industry field - Proficient in On-Site management and Quality Control - Strong skills in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering - Effective Communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field - Prior experience in the furniture industry is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects,
