Description
You will be a part of our team as a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with at least 1 year of experience in site engineering. Your main responsibility will be to oversee construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will play a crucial role in on-site supervision, project coordination, and ensuring accurate execution of designs and plans. - Oversee and manage on-site construction activities. - Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards. - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals for smooth project execution. - Interpret technical drawings, plans, and schedules, and provide instructions to on-site personnel. - Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, assess quality, and ensure adherence to designs. - Assist in troubleshooting on-site issues and make necessary adjustments. - Prepare daily reports on project status and site conditions. - Monitor material usage and manage inventory to prevent delays. - Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. - Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in site engineering or construction supervision. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools. - Familiarity with safety and quality control standards.
