Key Responsibilities:
* Good knowledge for Executing the HVAC Package with Plant room including chillers and related equipment and accessories , AHU , Fresh Air , Exhaust aie , Smoke Ventilation system and related work like ducting & electrical works etc .
* Co Ordination with Client , PMC and internal depts for shop drg , specification , standards & schedule meeting with vendor for timely supports to complete the execution on time .
* Project reporting , site Co ordination , client meeting - presentation and team supervision.
* Interact daily with client / PMC to interpret their needs & requirements and present them in the field , update client as well as internal dept on daily site progress.
* Preparation of Installation measurements , MIR , Check list , Testing and Commissioning reports.
* On time Billing to client as per TOP.
